To turn that strategy into reality, Flakeboard’s St. Stephen plant has worked hard to develop, implement and maintain a quality system that meets the ISO 9000 International Standard for quality management and assurance.

Registered to the global benchmark for quality management systems, our processes undergo continual scrutiny from receipt of customer orders to final delivery of product. We implemented this demanding system as an integrated part of our management processes, to define and assure consistent quality in our product, management obligations, personnel and production systems, data control, sales and customer relations. Today, Flakeboard proudly displays ISO 9001:2000 registration , reflecting standards that have been adopted in more than 90 countries by thousands of manufacturing and service firms in both the public and private sectors.
