We regard it as a valuable resource, essentially recycling a significant amount of material once destined to be burned or landfilled. Manufacturing from residual wood waste materials enables the forestry industry to use more than 95% of the tree.

EPP
Flakeboard mills are certified to the Composite Panel Association's Environmentally Preferable Product standard. The EPP Grademark Program requires the use of 100% recovered or recycled raw materials and adherence to the strict California Air Resources Board (CARB) Composite Wood Formaldehyde Air Toxic Control Measure.

CARB
Flakeboard mills are Phase 1 or Phase 2 Compliant to CARB ATCM 93120.12. Please visit our CARB page for details.

LEED
